How Do I Become A J.V.?

JV applications are open March 1st-May 1st. You will need to click the link below to apply. Once all applications are received on May 1st we will finish placing everyone. As soon as this is done we will e-mail everyone letting them know where they will be placed. We have a limited number of spots per session. Please check your calendar to make sure you are available the entire week, and the
MANDATORY Junior Volunteer orientation meetings.

Once you apply you will be notified by May 16th on what session you have been accepted to or if you are the waitlist for a session.

You may request more then one session and age group. However placement will be based on the number of registrations received. If a session fills up we will place you on a wait list for that session and let you know if a spot opens up.

APPLICATION TIPS

Once you begin application process you will need to finish it -you will not be able to save your application and come back to it.

To begin the application process, you will be prompted to create an account.  You do not need to be a member at The Woodlands United Methodist Church to create an account or you can register as a guest.

If multiple people from the same household are applying they will each need to apply separately.

When you get to the Review Application screen (the last step in the process) if you are logged in it will automatically fill with your name. Please do not change this - a parent name here is fine!

You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been completed.  If you do not receive a confirmation, email your application did not go through.  Check your spam folder, but if you are still having trouble completing the application email for assistance.
